what are the payment options?
You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. Or if you have a PayPal account you can use that.
how do you store my credit card information?
All payments are handled by PayPal. We never see your credit card information.
why am I asked to login to PayPal after clicking the subscribe button?
Paying using a PayPal account is an option but not a requirement. Look for the link where it says "Don't have a PayPal account?" to get to the credit card page.
how long do I have to wait to receive the confirmation email after signing up?
The confirmation email is sent the moment you sign up. If you have not received it after a few hours please make sure it hasn't been stopped by your spamfilter, then contact us via our contact page.
what happens if we exceed 5000 requests/month?
You can buy an extra subscription to get 10000, two extra to get 15000 and so on. These subscription does not need to be in sync, eg. if you have a yearly subscription and suddenly have an unusually busy month you can buy an extra subscription for that month only.
will you warn us when our subcription is about to end?
We will warn you by email 5 weeks before, 5 days before and the day after the subscription ends.
